When a family is selecting a casket at our funeral home, it has always
been our policy to provide them with the opportunity of selecting
privately, without a member of our staff once the director has
explained the various options.
Caskets and services vary in cost from a few thousand dollars down to
a few hundred dollars. Beyond the cost of a casket there are
other factors that one should consider.
For those who are environmentally conscious and do not with to add to
the depletion of our natural forests the option of a metal casket is
available. They provide full protection against the elements and
are enhanced with a sealing gasket. With the metal casket and
some hardwood caskets, we offer a memorial record which contains a
historical document of the deceased for future centuries.
Tradition has established the wooden casket as the most popular for
it's unmatched beauty. We offer many varieties of wood in a wide
price range as well as a choice of rental.
 We
are also pleased to provide a living tribute should you choose a
hardwood casket. In recognition of a life lived, a contribution
is made, on your behalf, to the conservation authority to fund the
planting of trees in our locality.
This re-forestation project will enhance the environment and conserve
the regional wildlife. It will also be a living memorial for
